Carlos J. Guzmán brings over 25 years of experience in cost engineering and estimating, with a career spanning civil works, infrastructure, and commercial construction across the United States and Latin America.
He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pratt Institute, and is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) accredited by AACE International.
Carlos leads every engagement with a single standard: an estimate is only as good as its defensibility.
